Returns & refunds

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as it comes back in its original condition with all packaging and accessories. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.

For Canadian returns, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label — print it, drop the package off, done. No return shipping cost, no restocking fees. For US returns, you're responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us in Nova Scotia.

1. Reach us through the contact details on this page with your order number and the item(s) you're returning.
2. We'll send your prepaid label (Canada) or return address within 1 business day.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier.
4. Once the return arrives and is checked, your refund lands on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Need a different size in apparel? Treat it as a return above and place a new order for the size you want — it's the fastest way to get the right fit on its way to you.

If something arrives defective, damaged or just plain wrong, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, and we cover every shipping cost either way, in Canada and the US.

For safety reasons, items that have been permanently installed or modified (for example, light kits with cut or spliced wiring) can't be returned unless they're defective. Gift cards, if offered, are final sale.
