NorthFinds Tesla Lab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. "Tesla", "Model 3", "Model Y", "Model S" and "Model X" are trademarks of Tesla, Inc., used on this site only to describe compatibility. All products we sell are third-party accessories labelled "Compatible with Tesla Model 3 / Y / S / X". Installing third-party accessories may affect your vehicle; check your warranty terms if that's a concern, and install products as directed.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and, despite our care, may contain errors. If a pricing or product error affects your order, we'll contact you before shipping and offer a correction or a full refund — whichever you prefer. Product photos and renders are illustrative; the written specs on each product page are the authoritative description.

Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we email your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, out of stock or suspected fraud) with a full refund. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. Taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.

Orders are shipped under our shipping policy and may be returned under our returns policy, which form part of these terms.

Don't use this site for anything unlawful, don't attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, and don't reproduce its content (photos, copy, branding) for commercial use without our written permission. Reviews must reflect honest, personal experience.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nova Scotia or Canadian consumer protection law that can't be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here when you order is the one that applies to that order.
